The Human Resource is primarily responsible for the management and coordination of activities in the areas of organization development, manpower planning, recruitment and placement, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, career planning and management, and employee/labor relations.
The Faculty Member is primarily responsible for classroom management and the delivery of instruction to students. He/she is also responsible for developing and implementing co- and extra-curricular activities designed to supplement learning processes and holistic development of the students.
The Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing the staff and technical support to the Principal in relation to the delivery of instructions and classroom management. His/her main function is to promote and maintain an optimal teaching-learning condition within his/her area. The position incumbent guides and oversees the performance of the faculty members in their delivery of classroom instructions and conduct of co-curricular activities in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Non-teaching personnel (Institutional) is primarily responsible for supporting the teaching force and work closely with teachers to develop and obtain resources, set up and operate equipment's, complete administrative tasks, supervise students and participate in teacher activities under the direction of teachers.
The Marketing Assistant works closely with the Marketing Manager to fulfill the company’s marketing communication plan and the Product Management group’s promotional plans. This includes lead generation; design and execution of marketing collaterals, print and email communication; conceptualizing, planning and running technology updates, exhibits and other such events; research, development and update of client database; public relations and advertising.
